The Case Against Kathleen Sebelius

What a great title. Anyway...

Chris Cillizza of the Washington Post Blog, "The Fix," has an excellent read this morning--read it here.

The article brings up some interesting reasons why the Governor is not qualified to be a Vice Presidential nominee. Interesting note in the article about her extensive travel - an issue we have been discussing recently on this blog and various press and email releases. Apparently her extensive travel outside of Kansas is a sort-of resume builder.

The Governor seems like a popular pick for V.P. even though she cannot deliver her own state, brings zero credentials in national security and has largely sat by while the Republican-led legislature passed various items that she later took credit for (see school finance, tax-cuts, balancing budgets, etc.).

Good stuff from the Washington Post. It's a must read.

Cheers,
